These Terms and Conditions ( "Terms" ) govern your access to and use of the Sharpe Two platform (" Service" ), provided by Sharpe Two Investments FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ( "Company", "Sharpe Two", "we", "us" , or "our" ).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Purpose of the Service

Sharpe Two is a trading assistant platform that delivers market analytics, forecasts, alerts, and research tools to help users identify and monitor trading opportunities. We do not provide personalised investment advice, execute trades, or act as a broker or financial adviser. All Content is for informational purposes only.

2. Eligibility and Account Security

(a) You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.

(b) You may not use another person's account or allow others to use yours without written consent.

3. Subscription Model and Billing

We offer:

Monthly and annual subscriptions.

  • Paid trial: 14 days for $14 USD. Trials are non-refundable and automatically convert to a monthly subscription unless cancelled before expiry. All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled via your account settings.
  • Billing: Payment is processed via our website. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.
  • Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are granted only in exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Redistribute, resell, or publicly display our Content without written permission.
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or attempt to extract our proprietary models, algorithms, or data sources.
  • Use the Service to create a competing product.
  • Access or attempt to access the Service through unauthorised automated means.

5. Intellectual Property

All Content, including but not limited to volatility surface forecasts, scoring systems, dashboards, alerts, algorithms, and analytics, is owned by Sharpe Two Investments FZCO. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Content solely for your own trading and research purposes.

6. Risk Disclosure and Disclaimers

(a) Market Risk

Trading financial instruments carries a high degree of risk, including the risk of losing all invested capital. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

(b) No Guarantee

We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any Content, including forecasts or alerts. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

(c) No Advice

Our Service does not constitute investment, legal, or tax advice. All decisions you make using our Content are at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Sharpe Two shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the Service at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or on our website at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance.
